We believe that ‘better’ is a product of shared opportunities.
Construction Specialties is a leader in architectural product problem-solving because we embrace our customers’ complex challenges to deliver world-class solutions. And that’s how a lot of our innovations came to be considered industry standards.
Founded in the United States, we have been a global manufacturer and supplier of a range of specialist building products for over 70 years. We are operating through 22 offices worldwide, with key manufacturing locations or sales offices in most European countries.
OUR VALUES
Times have changed, but our foundational principles have not. CS began almost 75 years ago as two people, Edward and Mary Ellen, working in a garage in Newark, New Jersey, and we’re now a company with more than 2,000 colleagues worldwide. Our values, People First, Integrity, Solutions Driven and Agility, are the same values that Edward Hallock believed in when he established Construction Specialties.
People First
We place people at the centre of our work by listening to and respecting our customers’ priorities and by fostering authentic connections with the people and communities where we work.
Integrity
Delivering on our promises and doing what is right is woven into our history; compromise is not an option when it comes to our customers and the quality f our work.
Solutions Driven
We invest the time to collaborate with our customers to understand their goals and challenges and provide them with optimal solutions.
Agility
We celebrate our successes and learn from setbacks to continuously improve our work, enabling us to be more proactive and responsive.
